The Beauty Codes™
Lift. Sculpt. Tone. Define.
Structure is the frame beneath the surface. This is where muscle tone, posture, facial movement, lymphatic work, hands-on sculpting and beauty technology come together to create a more lifted, defined appearance — from your cheekbones and jawline to your waist, glutes and body lines.
This is not about simply becoming smaller.

We build. We don’t shrink.
What this Code affects
Your skin can be glowing, but the structure beneath it also influences how lifted, rested and defined you appear. STRUCTURE is about supporting the framework underneath the beauty.
Is Structure one of your priority Codes?
Your face looks puffier or less defined than it used to
Your jawline appears softer
You hold a lot of tension through your jaw or face
You want more defined-looking cheekbones
Your posture has changed
Your body feels less toned even when your weight has not changed much
You want shape and definition rather than simply becoming smaller
You want to become more intentional about supporting the muscles of the face and body
Smaller and sculpted are not the same thing.
The Method
Build and support the structure first. Then layer in massage, facial movement, lymphatic rituals and beauty technology as enhancements.
The Sculpting Library
Face yoga uses intentional facial movement, relaxation and muscle awareness rather than treating the face as something completely static.
I use it as part of my beauty routine to become more aware of how I hold and move my face, work with facial tension and make facial movement an intentional part of my overall sculpting routine.
My own Never-Aging Face Method is coming.
Temporary puffiness can completely change how defined the face looks. Gentle lymphatic-style facial massage is one of my favorite beauty rituals when I want my face to look fresher, less puffy and more sculpted.
I especially love incorporating this into a morning beauty routine.
Lymphatic-style facial massage should be gentle. More pressure is not automatically better.
Gua sha combines gentle massage, pressure and movement across the face and neck. I use it for facial tension, relaxation and temporary depuffing — especially through the jaw, cheeks and neck.
It is one of those rituals that is simple enough to actually stay consistent with.
Buccal massage is an intraoral facial massage technique that works certain facial and jaw muscles from inside the mouth as well as externally.
I find this category especially interesting for women who carry a lot of tension through the jaw and lower face. For now, I want to direct members to a professional technique I trust rather than teach an aggressive DIY technique without proper instruction.
My own tutorial will replace this resource later.
Cold facial tools can temporarily reduce the appearance of puffiness and make the face feel instantly refreshed. I love them in the morning, before makeup, before filming or anytime my face needs a quick wake-up.
Think refresh + temporary depuffing rather than permanent facial restructuring.
Microcurrent uses very low-level electrical current and has become one of my favorite categories of at-home beauty technology.
Depending on the individual device and its intended use, microcurrent or other electrical muscle-stimulation technologies may be designed for the face, body or both. I use this category as part of my overall lift, tone + sculpt philosophy rather than expecting one device to do everything.
Device-specific benefits should only be stated when we have the exact product information. Not every microcurrent device builds muscle, permanently lifts, burns fat or creates permanent contouring.
Radiofrequency beauty technology uses RF energy and is used in professional aesthetics and certain at-home devices to support the appearance of firmer-looking skin.
Professional treatments and at-home devices can differ significantly in energy, protocol and intended use. The exact device matters, so any product-specific instructions or claims need to correspond to that individual device.
Vacuum-based body devices use suction and mechanical massage across the tissue. I like this category as part of an overall body-care and sculpting ritual, especially alongside movement, strength training and other body-focused practices.
Vacuum therapy does not permanently remove fat or permanently change body composition.

Body Structure
The body I want is not simply “thin.” I want strong, feminine, lean, sculpted and defined. Muscle creates shape. That is why strength-based movement, Pilates, barre, resistance training, walking and intentional body sculpting all have a place inside STRUCTURE.
Build and preserve the muscle responsible for shape, strength and definition.
How you carry your body changes how your entire physique presents.
A strong center supports movement, posture and the way you carry yourself.
We are building curves and structure — not trying to disappear.
The goal is tone, shape and strength.
Technology and body rituals can complement the foundation. They do not replace it.
A full Body of Your Dreams program, workouts and routines are coming.
The Rhythm
AM
5–10 minutes
You do not need to do everything. Consistency beats turning your bathroom into a full-time job.
PM
Layer intentionally rather than trying to use every device you own in one night.
WK
The technology is the enhancement. Your structure is the foundation.

STRUCTURE is growing with me. I’ll continue adding the exact rituals, routines and techniques I personally use as I create them.
You do not need another beauty routine built around shrinking everything. Build muscle. Support your structure. Move your body. Release unnecessary tension. Sculpt intentionally. Then use the tools and technology that make sense for you.
