Digital products
All digital products — including the Dream Girl Beauty Bible, the Dream Girl Experience, the Inner Circle membership, and any digital guides, protocols, or program materials — are delivered instantly and granted the moment access is provided. Because these products can be downloaded, viewed, and used immediately, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
Memberships
Inner Circle memberships are a recurring digital subscription. You may cancel future renewals at any time; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. No refunds are issued for the current period once access has been delivered.
Physical shop products
Physical products purchased through the shop are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email karmel@sunshineandvanity.com with your order details. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method through Stripe.
